Refund & Return Policy
At Orange Prom Dresses Shop, we are dedicated to providing you with an exceptional shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- Unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- All original tags attached
- Returned in the original packaging
You must also provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We recommend checking your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assist in resolving the issue with a return, replacement, or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items are non-returnable, including:
- Dresses that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
If you require a different size, color, or style, we suggest returning the original product and placing a new order for the replacement once your return has been processed.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
